Specification of Ceramic Glue Demp-X
WHAT IS DEMP-X EXTREME ADHESIVE
DEMP-X Extreme Adhesive is a two-component Epoxy Glue consisting of Based and Hardener. Can be used for caulking, coating and bonding of various materials, both in dry and wet conditions (in water).
HOW TO USE
The surface to be glued / caulked must first be sanded and cleaned of dirt, dust, oil and coatings such as paint, leak-proof coating or rust.
Prepare the necessary tools such as at least 2 kapes, a clean container for the DEMP-X mixture and a slightly damp cloth.
Take DEMP-X A and DEMP-X B at a ratio of 1: 1. Use a different kape and place it in the container provided. Mix and stir until blended.
For the amount of DEMP-X mixture taken, please adjust it to the area to be glued / caulked, the dry speed of DEMP-X (30 minutes) and the speed of application so that no DEMP-X mixture is wasted.
Apply the homogeneous DEMP-X mixture immediately to the material to be glued / caulking.
Trim the gluing / caulking using a slightly damp cloth and cloth.
Remove excess mixture with the damp cloth before setting for 30 minutes.
Let the material that has been glued / puttyin stand for 30-60 minutes, after 24 hours it has maximum adhesion.
